Crocheted Hats for the “Make It Better” Craft Along.
Brett Bara from Manhattan Craft room and Natalie from A Dose of the Delightful have come together to start a craft along so that crafters can donate handmade items for those affected by Hurricane Sandy.
I’ve been crocheting a few hats lately. Why, you ask? Just for fun. I like to crochet hats. 😉
So I had these few hats that I’d finished but hadn’t found homes for yet so I’m sending them into the Sandy craftalong!
I’ve got a simple aqua colored beanie, a cute pink bear hat, and a fluffy pink hat. I hope they find a good home with someone who needs a warm hat.
Check out the Sandy CraftAlong facebook page here.

I used to crochet but never actually made anything! LOL!
How awesome that you are doing something you an enjoy and can also help others!
I used to just crochet "chains" for fun. They weren't useful for anything, lol. But now I've found that I really enjoy crocheting hats.
